How to practise

  1. Start at a relaxed tempo and confirm the pulse and movement.
  2. Break BPM Speed-Building Practice into short phrases and repeat each one cleanly three times.
  3. Increase only one small step at a time while keeping the sound consistent.
  4. Put the idea back into a song or Gongo rhythm and check every transition.

If you get stuck

Lower the BPM when your movement becomes tense.

Separate the hands or feet when the timing is unclear.

Record yourself and check timing, dynamics, and breathing.
