How to Practice This Song

The goal is not to force your way through the whole song. Focus first on hand-foot coordination, accent placement, and section entrances at high speed. Use a metronome or player and begin at 164 BPM. Stabilize the kick placement, accents, and section entrances; then work up to 199 BPM before checking how relaxed 184 BPM feels. When watching the Drum Cover, observe when the hands and feet enter instead of trying to finish the whole song immediately. Then use the score to separate the verse, chorus, and fill entrances into manageable sections. This is best suited to advanced drummers.
